Name the object, focus Cancel
Options (✱) on a Files row opens Delete file? with the full raw filename as the body, wrapped at 42 characters on . _ - or space, up to 3 lines. The row label never says Delete.
Cancel takes focus first. A D-pad has no pointer to aim, so the safe action sits under the cursor. Up and down swap focus; Back closes.
OK on Delete swaps the body to Deleting... and disables both buttons; a failure reads An error occurred, please try again. and returns focus to Cancel.
